| Starting in 2001, Heights Venture Architects, L.L.P., completed 12 projects with Jack In The Box and franchisees over a six-year period. During the process of each project, HVA collaborated with the Jack In The Box corporate office and coordinated the civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing as well as with permitting consultants to comply with any codes or restrictions enforced by cities or architectural review boards. The projects, all of which were completed in the Greater Houston area, consisted of one or two acre site developments with the restaurants ranging from 3,400 s.f. to 5,000 s.f. |
