| This project, completed in 2007, consisted of a 3,500 s.f. interior remodel of a new lease space on the first floor of a new multi-story parking structure on the University of Houston campus. The interior design was a prototype provided by McAlister's Deli that was modified to fit the lease space. Crucial to the project was HVA's ability to work with the University of Houston's architectural review committee in order to comply with the campus' building codes and guidelines. |
