Since becoming an owner in 2021, Eric has introduced insightful new ideas and an invigorating vitality to the partnership. Eric may be the newest partner, but he has tremendous experience and expertise with corporate roll-out programs, prototype adaptations and regulatory processes. He adeptly orchestrates his team from his home office or when he is on the road. We believe his secret power is finding order camouflaged in entropy. Eric implements the lessons he extracts from his beloved Star Wars franchise to guide his outstanding instincts and management skills. The force is definitely strong with him.

The resident historian, Robert loves to discuss architectural origins, styles, types and classical details. Even his personal travels revolve around visits to architectural and archaeological sites. Robert is perfectly suited for his role in the firm because he promotes and truly believes in the ‘power of process’ and ‘sense of place’...whether it applies to the Firm, the Profession or life. Robert is integral in the development and continuing evolution of the firm’s service and delivery process. He’s vital to our mentorship program to mold our architectural interns into complete and whole architects. He is the lovable architectural nerd.

Our intrepid leader. Scott brings an informed and collaborative approach to managing the firm. He expects a high standard of quality and efficiency from every aspect of the firm. However, his heart and soul is still laser-focused on being the ultimate well-rounded architect. Scott has an innate ability to create schematic plans to scale ...without using a scale. His experience has transformed him into an expert in site planning, construction methods and detailing. He’s a ‘numbers’ guy, too; with his ability to process numbers benefiting our clients and the firm. As for his hobbies, we’re not sure if he has any because he’s such a workaholic.

Blake is the consummate optimist    that continuously looks on the bright side of life. His legendary enthusiasm regarding social engagements and events manifests in an impressive calendar of activities. He takes optimal advantage of his Business Development role by attempting to play as much golf on company time as possible. His responsibilities afford him opportunities to fulfill his passion for traveling and exploring new places. Blake’s history with grocery and restaurant clients makes him a sought-after consultant for concept development, schematic design and space planning.
