With a passion for adaptive hospitality, urban infill, and mentoring, Jerry combines technical expertise and creative problem-solving to shape spaces—and designers—with purpose, curiosity, and innovation.

Will is known for his extensive experience across multiple sectors, including grocery stores, fitness centers, charter schools, office spaces, restaurants, and general retail. His twenty-five-plus years of Architectural experience encompass all phases of architectural design, from pre-development and documentation to contract administration and post-construction evaluation.

Through this project, Heights Venture helped Brookshire Brothers turn a vision into reality: one where grocery stores can also be gathering spaces, cultural landmarks, and engines for local connection. By honoring the past, serving the present, and planning for the future, the Brookshire Brothers College Station store is a testament to the power of thoughtful, intentional design.
