From Project Architect to CEO: the Path toward Leadership for Scott Roselius

Scott Roselius, CEO and Partner at Heights Venture Architects, LLP is celebrating his 31st year with the company. Scott is a seasoned professional, Architect and leader with a remarkable tenure at Heights Venture. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1989 he worked for a few years at the Houston-based firm of H.C. Hwang. In 1993 Scott joined Heights Venture as a Project Architect. Just a few years later, in 1999, he embraced the opportunity to become a Partner at the firm. In 2019, Scott was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and has been helming Heights Venture ever since.

Scott has brought a wealth of experience and leadership to the company, guiding it through periods of upheaval, change, and growth. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in shaping the company's success and driving it towards new heights of achievement. When asked to describe Scott, Robert Holton a long-time friend and fellow Partner, said “Scott is a true servant leader - he listens, he discerns, and he takes action.”

Under Scott's leadership, Heights Venture has thrived, adapting to market changes and cementing our reputation as a quality, hard-working, design-oriented firm that consistently aims to provide the best service to our clients, rewarding partnerships with our consultants, and a positive environment for our team members.

His strategic decision-making, coupled with his passion for architecture and Heights Venture, has not only elevated the company's performance but also inspired its employees to reach their full potential.
